Holds the Institute's accreditation with GTEC, runs programme review, and sets academic quality standards.
Manages fees, payments, procurement, and the Institute's financial reporting.
Operates the Institute's conference centre, catering, and guest accommodation on the Greenhill campus.
Runs the networks, systems, and digital services the Institute depends on, including MIS Web and the LMS.
Provides independent assurance on risk, control, and governance across every unit of the Institute.

Coordinating programme design and leading quality assurance across every school, department, and directorate.
The Directorate of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance (DAPQA) coordinates the design and oversight of academic programmes at GIMPA and leads the Institute’s quality assurance initiatives across all divisions, departments, schools, and faculties.
DAPQA maintains connections with GTEC, NCTE, and the AAU for accreditation, and holds quarterly QA meetings with Schools, Departments, and Centres.
