The International Programmes Directorate (OIPD) manages GIMPA's global partnerships and supports international students from application through graduation.

Student exchange at GIMPA is governed by the Institute's International Student Exchange Policy, and international applicants apply through the same portal as home students, paying a flat US$100 application fee by VISA card.
Each April, the directorate hosts GIMPA's International Day & Education Fair — an annual celebration of the Institute's international community on the Greenhill campus.
